The Advanced Seal Module provides faster fills, higher throughput, cleaner operation, improved fill accuracy and improved product settling. Filling systems feature self centering tooling resulting in faster changeovers and cleaning times, stainless steel product contact parts and aluminum structural parts for exceptional durability, an empty hopper function for quick product changeovers, "Smart Agitator" technology to extend agitator life, product memory capable of storing filling parameters for up to 120 SKUs with one button recall, and weight set-up software that quickly, easily and automatically sets-up fill parameters.
