Express® SHC (Sterilizing grade High Capacity) polyethersulfone (PES) filters are designed for efficient, economical processing of a variety of process fluids, including cell culture media and media additives, process intermediates and protein-containing solutions. These hydrophilic filters provide increased capacity, high sterility assurance and broad chemical compatibility across a wide pH range (pH 1- 14). Filters are constructed with asymmetric composite membranes (patent pending) to deliver high permeability and up to twice the throughput than other sterilizing grade PES devices. Filters are available in a variety of filter formats and sizes to meet needs from process development to full-scale manufacturing.
