Series ARV thermoplastic air release valves expel unwanted air from a pipeline at system start-up. They are also ideal for venting air from a tank or vessel during filling. Valves feature a unique self-guided poppet that offers reliable sealing. The valve is normally open to allow air to vent. It closes as liquid rises, and seals bubble tight under liquid pressure of 10 psi. Valve is available in PVC and Corzan. Metal-free design makes it ideal for ultra high purity liquids.
