Safety Enclosure Protects Lab Personnel During Weighing


The ST1 safety enclosure range is designed to protect the analyst during the weighing process, and has been performance tested specifically for the weighing of active drug compounds. The ST1 range features a chemical resistant marble base, and is available with an a1-safetech safe change local extraction and filtration system. It can connect directly to an in-house extraction or independent fan filtration. Each range includes a dual-point, datalogging alarm that ensures operator safety at all times. The ST1 containment systems are available in ST1-900: 36" x 24" x 30," ST1-1200: 48" x 24" x 30," and ST1-1500: 60" x 24" x30" models. Each system can be accessorized based on application needs, and has been containment tested to EN14175 and ASHRAE110, surrogate powder tested by SafeBridge Consultants™, and includes HEPA filters tested to EN1822.
