The Compu 4™ is a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant automated process control system for fluid bed processors, tablet coating systems, high shear granulators, roll compactors and processing suites controlling all related equipment. Process flexibility is a major feature of the system that is accomplished using the modular design. Each module is validated independently and then assembled in various ways to provide process flexibility and then validated as a system. Compu 4™ is a PC/PLC based control system specifically designed to meet all aspects of solid dosage processing which includes monitoring, controlling, batch recipe creation, alarming, data acquisition and reporting. The operational modes of the system include manual, automatic, calibration, washing, maintenance all with built–in operator security access levels. Additional features such as the ISA S88.01 Vector Recipe WorkSpace and Info Wizard are tools that allow easy definitions of recipes and customized batch reporting.
