Pure Water System Produces High Quality Water At Ambient Temperature

The HPW series is based on the combination of Reverse Osmosis (RO), continuous Electro De-Ionisation (CEDI) and Ultra Filtration (UF) technologies to produce highly purified water of a very high quality at ambient temperature. The system runs fully automatically including flushing of RO membranes, optional hot water sanitization of the whole system and continuous polishing of the final product, even when there is no demand for HPW. Features include: thirteen different standard models to match the capacity requirements ranging from 400 to 17000 l/h (106 to 4491 gal/h); regulatory compliance – the highly purified water produced fulfils all of the criteria for pre water as established by the latest edition of the European- (EP) Pharmacopoeia; all stainless steel – all piping material is 316L stainless steel, frame material is 304 stainless steel.
