The 24V MDR reduces energy costs and improves the working environment with a quieter, safer and cleaner operation. With fewer moving parts, there are also maintenance cost savings compared to traditional AC style conveyors. The unit utilizes a self-contained motorized drive system, completely enclosed within a roller, to power a segment or zone of the conveyor. The 24V MDR is a true zero-pressure accumulation conveyor, so products do not come in contact with each other. The E24 roller conveyor differs from the 24V MDR as the motor is mounted on the outside frame of the conveyor, as opposed to inside the roller. This gives the E24 the advantage of having only one motor for all conveyor widths and speeds. Similar to the 24V MDR, the E24 also provides a combination of efficiency, ergonomic design, and energy savings.
