Transport System Addresses High Volume, Low Mass Applications

The MagneMover LITE is an electro-magnetic transport system that specifically addresses applications requiring the movement of smaller, lighter payloads weighing less than 2 kg, ideal for a wide range of packaging applications. MagneMover LITE precisely and accurately moves loads on small 60mm carriers or pucks with the ability to independently control the motion of hundreds to thousands of pucks in a track network. A selection of standard MagneMover LITE track building blocks, including but not limited to 1-meter and 1/4 meter straights, 90° and 180° curves, and merges/diverges, fit together in a plug-and-play manner to form an almost endless variety of layout options. The track pieces are the linear motors and contain all the propulsion and intelligent routing control elements, along with the guidance and attachment features for structural supports to allow for rapid assembly and track configuration. The system is ideally suited for environments requiring clean operation and/or wash down (IP 65) capability and can also support "track and trace" requirements as each puck is uniquely identified and constantly tracked everywhere along the track network by the MagneMotion control system.
