Bench-Top Dual Syringe Filler

The Model 1100 is a highly precise dual syringe filling system designed to fill two syringes simultaneously in as little as two seconds. Dispense cycles on each syringe remain independent, making it possible to fill syringes with separate materials.  This bench-top system is ideal for down packing or filling syringes with a wide variety of materials including pharmaceuticals, creams, cosmetics, and dental products.  The model’s precision is attributed to its unique, nozzle-end filling method and individual, automatic shut-off sensors. Materials are filled through the tip of the syringe allowing the syringes to be filled with pre-inserted plungers, which increases accuracy of fill by eliminating air pockets and material stringing. The system also features adjustable-level, dual photo-sensors that automatically detect when the syringe plungers have reached their full position. Upon reaching the full position, the sensors automatically shut off the filling cycle, providing consistent, accurate fills with no spill over. Shutting off the filling cycle also opens the syringe grippers, causing the filled syringes to release from the filling ports. The syringe filler utilizes the company’s disposable fluid path technology and drop-in reservoirs to eliminate cross-contamination and to improve filling productivity.  Because the material never wets the valve, material change-over is as easy as replacing the fluid path from the material reservoir to filling nozzle of the system.  The reservoir can be configured to feed from standard, re-sealable cartridges, jars, or bottles using the company’s cartridge retainer systems or the optional two liter drop-in tank.  The disposable fluid path design with the drop-in reservoir systems allow for swift material changeover with minimal down-time and clean-up to reduce overall production costs.

The answer is an unequivocal yes but we need some outsiders who can conspire with the insiders who will be the flag bearers within the companies. Outsiders can be the counsels/co-conspirators to the insiders for the coup d'etat.
