Collaborative Design-Build Program

The TriFactor Edge™ is a collaborative design-build program that has been developed over the course of the past 20 years to satisfy the specific needs of the material handling industry.  The process of designing and implementing a complex material handling system is unique because it impacts the success of a distribution company today and for several years in the future.  The three-phase program offers the expertise and experience of the company’s team of in-house engineers, partnered with the client’s leadership team.  The three phases include: Phase 1 – Needs Analysis, Phase 2 – Final Design and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Development, and Phase 3 – Implementation.  Implementing a system that meets or exceeds the design parameters on or ahead of schedule, and on or under budget is customary of the program.
