Accurate Batch-Controller System

The CP-1 Plus is an advanced predetermined counter, batching, and rate indicating system for industries requiring the highest accuracy. Supplied as a complete system, the CP-1 includes the controller, suitable photoelectric sensor, and mounting brackets. It is a turnkey system and, with simple push-button entry, there is no need for complicated programming codes or mechanical modifications. The built-in microcomputer enables count processing to indicate total production, programmable batch control, and rate shown in items per hour, all indicated simultaneously on one large display. The high-speed counter operates at production rates up to one hundred per second. The batch quantity preset is programmable from one to eight digits, triggering an output when the production quantity is reached and resetting automatically with each batch to the preset. The count processor’s long-term flash memory stores the information in the event of power failure or process shutdown. The configuration features simple push button batch quantity entry and resets. The company offers a full performance guarantee.
