Capsule Filling Machine

The LIQFIL series of capsule filling equipment offers manufacturers a variety of filling capabilities available to handle powders, liquids, beads, mini-tablets, granules, pellets, pastes and oils. The series also provides unique filling options to fill capsules within capsules and capabilities to fill combinations of products within one capsule. The company developed the machine especially for the research and development of two-piece capsule drug formulation and manufacturing. It is capable of filling various types of dosage forms. In addition to its versatility in filling, it maintains high accuracy of fill weights to ensure precision even when small quantities of fill material are being used. It incorporates a number of industry-leading features as standard. A patented three-drum rectification system is gentle on capsules and prevents damage during transportation, and un-joined and double caps are automatically removed from the feed drum and rectifier rollers. The filling unit is also removable for easy cleaning. It has a very compact footprint and fills up to 2,600 capsules per hour. It can fill hard gelatin or HPMC capsules in sizes 00 to 5. Since it is part of the LIQFIL series of machines, scale-up is seamless.
