Moisture and Solids Analyzer

The Computrac® MAX® 4000XL RAPID moisture and solids analyzer utilizes loss-on-drying technology and features a temperature-calibration interface module for users to confirm accurate temperature during calibration. It additionally features: 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, cool-down fan for faster throughput between tests, four decimal place balance, nitrogen purge, menu-driven user-programmable interface, color LCD display, pass/fail criteria, programmable temperature ramp control, Ethernet and serial ports, USB and Web server. The moisture/solids range is 0.005 to 100 percent, with a resolution of 0.001 percent. Repeatability is 0.002 percent standard deviation depending on the test program, and the instrument tests a range of sample sizes from 100 mg to 40 g. The instrument holds up to 250 test programs and 1,000 test results with graphs from the last 100 tests. At 32 pounds including a steel casing protection the instrument, and dimensions of 9.5 inches (H) by 11.5 inches (W) by 19.5 inches (D), it is an ideal instrument accurate enough for a lab environment.
