Flexible, UV Resistant Tubing Ideal For Use In Filtration Applications

Fluoropolymer tubing offers exceptional heat and UV resistance and they offer a low co-efficient of friction. In addition, tubing can operate in temperatures as high as 500°F (260°C) and are chemically inert, making them ideal for harsh environments where chemicals and corrosion are present. Custom and standard sized tubes ranging from .004 inches ID up to 4 inches ID are available in TexFluor® PTFE, FEP, MFA and PFA. Tubes can be supplied in smoothbore, convoluted or extra flexible, corrugated. When supplied as a corrugated tube, fluoropolymer tubing can goose neck around obstacles and turn sharp corners without restricting flow. In addition, the low refractive index of the tube allows operators to visually inspect the media traveling through the tube.
