The MS automatic inspection machine is designed for 1 ml to 100 ml containers in a medium speed output range of 200 – 400 units/min for both liquid and lyophilized products. The MS includes the company's patented oscillating mirror system as well as optional servo drives for fully reproducible rotation profiles. Up to 11 camera stations with CCD Matrix cameras can be integrated to cope with a wide range of inspection requirements. The column design allows excellent access and cleanability. The split infeed screw enables usaers to clear the machine without creating “uninspected products” and to minimize the false reject rate in conjunction with the second pass inspection feature.
