Curtain stiffeners sealed into the curtain brace against drafts and pressure differentials for fast door operation in interior installations. Upon downward contact with objects, the door instantly stops and reverses. The edge is backed up by a standard photo eye, so if the door becomes obstructed by an object, it will remain open. Further features include: easy access limit switch to reliably control the stopping action of the door; plastic impregnated, woven polyester curtain withstands punctures and tears; and rapid room access.
