The Dynamic In-Line Mixer features a patented mixing head with shear action zones which assure that an entire product batch will receive exactly the same level of processing and repeatable batch-to-batch results. Eliminating the need for tank mixing and storage tanks, the unit is available on wheels and can be moved anywhere within a plant to rapidly, thoroughly, and uniformly mix emulsion, dispersions and suspensions. Unit passes all product through a mixing head equipped with from 1 to 12 “shear-action” zones consisting of high speed rotors and stators than can produce shear rates of 200,00 per second each. These modular mixing elements are easily changed to “fine-tune” the mixing process. Mixer is USDA, FDA and 3A compliant.
