The LZ Series Sanitary Dynamic In-Line Mixer can perform particle size reduction, deagglomeration, blending, and homogenization to user requirements with output down to 1 micron and reduced processing time. Featuring a mixing head consisting of stators and high speed rotors that can be set-up to create from 1 to 12 shear action zones producing shear rates of 200,000/sec. each, all product passes through this in-line mixing head. Providing repeatable batch-to-batch results, the mixer eliminates the need for tank mixing and costly storage tanks. The modular mixing head elements are easily changed to fine-tune the mixing process and this FDA compliant mixer is constructed from 316L stainless steel and is available on wheels.
