The Type 2731 is specifically designed to accommodate high purity fluids. The valve features a forged 316L body that permits higher flow rates for CIP, while maintaining control at lower process flows. The Type 8630 TOP Control System, the actuator-mounted PID controller or positioner for the company’s line of diaphragm and globe-style valves, is extensively used within the control engineering field. Now, with the addition of an automated PID Process Tune function, Type 8630 capabilities are further enhanced. PID settings for continuous control are determined mathematically from the process response.
