Vacuum/Pressure Ribbon Blenders

These new blenders, which feature a new horizontal design for vacuum and pressure applications, are available in a variety of materials and sizes. Special finishes up to a mirror finish are available for the exterior and interior surfaces. A variety of standard or special discharge valves may be located in the bottom center of the trough. Drives are designed to meet the bulk density of the materials to be blended. Working capacity ranges from 1/2 through 515 cubic feet, and they are supplied with several agitator design possibilities. Standard options include sanitary stuffing boxes, jackets for heating or cooling, sanitary construction, covers to meet a client's production needs and torque controlling couplings for full load starting.
