The high speed disperser is designed for vacuum operation and includes a self- contained vacuum pump/condensate recovery system. A 5 HP motor drives the mixer, and the speed is changed by means of a variable frequency inverter. The self-contained air/oil hydraulic lift raises and lowers the disperser blade from the mix vessel. All wetted parts are of stainless steel type 316 and finished for easy of cleaning. The high speed dispersers are manufactured from 1 through 250 HP and are ideal for dispersions that are up to a maximum of approx. 50,000 centipoise.
