The IP55-rated Masterflex® I/P® brushless process drives, models 77410-10 and 77411-00, are ideally suited for ultra filtration, media transfer, pill coating, fermentation, and accurate dispensing and filling applications. The 77411-00 offers analog remote input/output for flexible control and easy interface to remote control systems. Flow range of both drives is 0.3 to 26 LPM (0.08 to 4.5 GPM), depending on motor rpm and tubing size. Drives accept up to two Masterflex I/P pump heads with any I/P pump tubing formulation. Speed control is precise (+/-0.25%) and repeatable with LED of speeds from 5 to 100%, with 1% resolution.
