Line of PROSAT® presaturated wipes includes three distinct sterile wiping products specifically designed for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. The PROSAT® Sterile™ presaturated wipers have been sterilized using an E-Beam radiation process and are validated sterile per the AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) Guidelines Method B1 for the sterilization of Medical Devices. The sterile presaturated wipes are packaged in a convenient resealable pouch with a tamper evident label. The three packages have different qualities that serve aseptic manufacturing needs. PROSAT® Sterile™ consists of meltblown polypropylene wipes saturated with a 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% deionized water. PROSAT® PS-911EB/ETOH has the same fabric and put-up but contains 70/30 SDA 3A alcohol and water. PROSAT® 7030 IR Sterile contains polyester nonwoven wipes 70/30 IPA and DI water.
