The IV9-Dot Printhead is driven by the company’s Ij3000 Ink Jet System. Features of the printhead include: environmentally sealed printhead; robust metal housing over entire printhead; LED ink pressure display; electronic dot size setting; purge printhead via keypad; backwards compatibility with existing Ij3000 and Series 1 printheads. The graphical user interface, with Set-Up Wizard, visually displays menus and commands so an operator can enter product identification in minutes. And batch codes can easily be changed during a run, without interrupting the production line. The Ij3000 offers minimal maintenance, even in hostile industrial environments. The unit was designed and tested to withstand the daily washdowns required by FDA applications.
