Pressure And Temperature Loggers For Steam Sterilization Meets FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance

The ebro® Model EBI-125A-PT pressure and temperature data logger is designed for direct use in autoclaves. The built-in temperature compensated ceramic pressure sensing element and the PT 1000 temperature sensor provide measurement and recording of sterilization procedures, representing a dramatic improvement over existing methods. Specifically, this logger has proven to be an effective alternative to the traditional method of using chemical indicators to document a Bowie Dick Test. Weighing only 3.5 oz., the EBI-125A-PT is rugged and compact. Its stainless steel and peek-ring construction is rated to IP 68 making it ideal for all medical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage grade applications. Ranges of measures are 30, 75, 150 and 300 psi absolute, at temperatures between -40 to +260°F of continuous operation, and -58 to +750°F with the external probe.
