Remote Access Panels

The Model FED-90 and FED-50, (Front End Displays) Remote Access Panels offer a compact operator interface which simplifies access and provides diagnostic capability during machine startup and operation. These fully functional flexible units can also provide an intelligent solution for interacting with the company's IPC FEC Compact and Standard Controllers, IPC PS1 Professional Industrial PCs and Smart Pneumatic Valve/Sensor Manifolds. These remote access panels offer a compact design with many built-in features geared toward simplifying and improving on-line machine operations. Standard features for both models include a high visibility monochrome LCD graphical display with LED backlighting, selectable modes of operation (configuration/operation), tactile keyboard, rugged construction for use in tough industrial environments and easy programming with the FED Designer software. The FED Designer software offers a user-friendly, Windows interface. One or more display pages can be created that outline and control your applications. Using the multiple page capability of each panel, any application can be broken down into as many pages as required (depending on the target system memory). The FED Designer *.dpr file format contains all the information needed to display page images and controller data values in the formats selected, while creating a project file. The panel hardware handles all of the underlying communications necessary to transfer data to and from the controller. Completed projects can be uploaded from the panel directly.
