Closure Processing System Handles Rubber Stoppers In An Unbroken Chain

The Advanced Closure Processing System (CPS) washes, rinses, siliconizes, sterilizes, dries and delivers rubber stoppers - and other closures - in an unbroken sterile chain. Using "bubble power," closures in the transfer container are subjected to the agitation of sterile filtered air passing through the WFI. The combination of gentle airflow and constant water overflow ensures effective particle removal.
