Seals

solve pharmaceutical production problems

Chemraz seals combine the chemical compatability of pharmaceutical grade perfluoroelastomer compounds with the resilience of rubber. SD585 and SD625 seals have excellent compression set characteristics and are well suited for a variety of applications. They comply with the requirements for low contamination in the form of extractables from food contact substances as prescribed by the US FDA. In addition, SD585 has been tested in accordance with the USP protocol and is compliant with the requirements of the USP Class VI polymer.
