Company offers a complete computer controlled and electronic data acquisition system for thermal processing equipment. The system incorporates all the necessary features of Part 11, including audit trails, security, and archivable data. The control system can be utilized on various platforms. When coupled to your existing network, it provides central control of a whole manufacturing suite, or can be a stand-alone unit. The system can be mounted on a new unit or retrofitted to an existing unit that must be upgraded from a hard paper recorder. The operator interface terminal provides multiple levels of access, including operator, maintenance, and engineer authenticated against network passwords. The control system provides a graphical interface and includes screens for recipe programming and selection, maintenance, trend history, and current conditions.
