Containment Booth
for warehouse sampling and dispensing of pure raw materials
The Model 895, 6 wide x 5 deep containment booth that provides ISO 14644-1 (class 100) HEPA filtered air at 90-100 fpm over the entire ceiling plenum. There are no dead air zones that cause updrafts. The Model 895 provides safety by surrounding the operator in clean down flow filtered air and protects the surrounding area with negative pressure to the outside. Any powder emissions are pushed down to the low level 95% efficient bag pre-filter intake located near the floor. The Model 895 containment area back wall is constructed with stainless steel and the left and right walls are clear vision polycarbonate - stainless steel optional - and are cavity free for easy wipe down. The unit is easy to service with exterior motors and electrical controls. Filter pressure monitors provide advance notice of filter change out necessity. The Model 895 is of modular design and larger widths are available in 3 increments and larger depths in 5 increments. Explosion proof (Class I Div I or Class Div II) is available as an option.
