Vision Guided Robotic Case Packer Ideal for High-Volume Bagging Lines

Case packer is capable of accepting heavy, hard-to-handle and randomly oriented bags from an upstream filler. The packer places product into a wrap-around or any other customer specified case. Featuring a variety of industrial vision systems matched to the specific applications requirements; a servo-driven third axis gripper; suction or pushing end-effectors; the packers can deliver “pick and place” speeds of 30 cycles per minute with 98% efficiency. Additional speeds are possible by stacking multiple robots.
