Horizontal Blenders
wide choice of agitator styles
Blenders are available in sizes from 25 to 5,000 gallons with a choice of single/double ribbon or paddle agitators both available with scraped surface. High-efficiency insulated heating and/or cooling jackets, which use operating pressures up to 150 psig, are optional for all units. Jacketed blenders are provided with 1 1/2 inches of fiberglass insulation and a T-304 stainless steel sheath. Product contact parts are available in T-304, T-316, and L-grade stainless steel as well as other nickel alloys. Wide range of finishes are available. Stainless steel legs and cover are standard, but units can be suspended or trunnion mounted. Vessels can be designed for both integral pressure and vacuum use.
