Wash Station

for intermediate bulk containers

Station consists of a wash frame which supports a lower wash hopper with cone wash nozzles and an internal wash lance connected to a slave lid. The slave lid replaces the IBC's lid fitted prior to the washing cycle. Stations have cone valve lift and lower units with wash programs pre-set via a PLC controller to suit cleaning requirements of all internal contact surfaces.
