The CF1620-4 Cremer Quad features 16 tracks on each of four filling heads. The unit fills up to 220 bottles per minute (bpm) on 100-count bottles and for large fills, can handle up to 90 bpm on 250-count bottles, 40 bpm on 500-count bottles and 20 bpm on 1000-count bottles. The counter handles tablets, caplets and hard or soft capsules ranging in size from 2 mm up to 25 mm in diameter. The counter accommodates a wide assortment of plastic and glass containers ranging in size from 30 cc up to 2000 cc. One operator can accomplish changeover in less than 45 minutes with minimal change parts and no tools. Unit can be equipped with optional CFR21 part 11-compliant software.
