Pressure Sensitive Labeler Handles Up To 120 CPM
The Uni-300VA Pressure Sensitive Labeler is a compact wrap-around pressure sensitive labeler that handles up to 120 containers per minute. Featuring a slide-out control cabinet for easy access, stainless steel GMP construction and a sanitary raised bed conveyor, the Uni-300VA is easy to use, clean and maintain. The Uni-300VA handles round containers from 0.5 to 4 inches in diameter and from 1 to 8 inches in height with no change parts required. The Uni-300VA features an Allen Bradley intelligent servo drive that automatically synchronizes the labeling dispenser with the drum wrap station for accurate labeling and simple set-ups. The Allen Bradley Panel View operator interface is swivel-mounted for easy operation. The unit can be equipped with a wide range of options including hot stamp coder, thermal transfer coder, missing label detector, bar code readers, vision inspection system, reject station and more. The labeler can also be fitted with an optional motorized label rewind to improve accuracy when handling small labels.
