Induction Capsealing System

high speed/"waterless"

This 4-kW "waterless" induction capsealing system accurately seals caps with diameters from 24 to over 120mm at maximum line speed. Systems are microprocessor controlled with soft touch membrane panel. Features include precision coil height adjustment controls; universal coil with "quick lock" feature for most any height or diameter; and an independent power supply and sealing coil for easy changeovers. A variety of coils allow users to go from a flat screw cap to a spouted cap with the same power supply.
