The PharmX metal detection system features a newly redesigned sensor providing pharmaceutical processors with superior electronic stability while maintaining the highest sensitivity to metal. This portable machine maximizes production line flexibility and is designed for extreme sanitation and offers a mirror finish stainless steel reject mechanism that has no plastic parts in contact with product facilitating machine cleaning. The entire PharmX unit meets FDA cleaning requirements for washdown. Built-in reject confirmation, alarm and fail safe reject systems, heighten quality control procedures. The newly designed reject mechanism is selectable for right or left-hand operation with no tools or disassembly required. Integral hose adapters on the reject output eliminate a fixed bin position. An adjustable input/output angle up to 45° enables optimum product flow in tight spaces.
