Bio/Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Designed For Easy Sterilization
The all-steel BioSafe Modular Cleanroom is designed for analysis and packaging of bio/pharmaceutical materials. Made of double-wall 304/316 stainless or powder-coated steel, this enclosure features ultra-smooth interior walls with radius corners for easy sterilization with industry-standard disinfectants, including VHP units. Anti-microbial gaskets and panel coatings inhibit growth of microorganisms. Air circulates through a high-efficiency A/C system that maintains a constant temperature (60F and 140F) with additional control for humidification or dehumidification. Ceiling HEPA/ULPA filters remove particulates to meet ISO 3 (Class 10) cleanliness requirements. High-volume ventilators are available to maintain an internal negative pressure that protects external laboratory space against biohazards. Additional features include HEPA-filtered air showers and antechambers, low-clearance roll-up pass-throughs, fluorescent and 254nm germicidal UV lighting, viewing, and a complete line of furnishings. All designs are easy to assemble and completely free standing: no external bracing or special permitting is required.
