Product Line:
Kinetics TOTE Systems is a sole source supplier of equipment and systems to transport, store and process dry and semi-dry materials. Kinetics TOTE Systems originated the modular Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) in 1947. The product range has expanded to Filling Systems, Feeding Systems, Bin Blenders, Discharge Systems, Post Hoists, Bin Washing Systems, Glove Boxes, Isolation Technology, and Media Bag Bins for holding sterile bags that contain culture media, buffer solution, harvested solution and other biopharmaceutical solutions.
Service/Technical Staff:
Kinetics TOTE Systems has an in-house service/technical staff of eight people. Their expertise covers the gamut of mechanical, electrical, electronic, programming and combinations of these fields. In addition, TOTE offers validation services, training assistance, start-up assistance, isolation technology consulting services, and refurbishing services with this staff as well as additional in-house staff.
With over 200 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market, TOTE is well aware of and able to handle all current pharmaceutical requirements. With on-going personnel training in state of the art technology and future pharmaceutical requirements, TOTE offers preeminent services, on a global basis.
Test Facility/Demo Lab:
Kinetics TOTE Systems has corporate headquarters and a 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Burleson, Texas (within Fort Worth city limits). A 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility is in Birmingham, England. From these two facilities, Kinetics TOTE Systems supplies the global market. Each facility has the ability to demonstrate the entire range of products to customers.
