The UPS 1070 is a truly self-sufficient machine, using lasers and servomechanisms to automatically monitor and make adjustments during operation. To eliminate start-up waste, the 1070 also maintains a product-specific database that can be reintroduced to the line at any time. The machine is capable of running over 600 blisters/minute, and features faster changeovers and uses fewer operators than its predecessors.
