Filter Housings Designed For Containment Of Hazardous Airborne Contaminants

FB Series housings use a PVC bag enclosure system to ensure complete capture of airborne contaminants during filter service, isolating personnel from hazardous materials and preventing the spread of infectious contaminants or other biologically harmful agents. The housing has a penetrating knife edge that inserts into a fluid-filled perimeter channel on the face of the filter. A filter clamping mechanism is engaged, causing the knife edge to penetrate the fluid channel uniformly to create a leak-free seal. The housing comes in different sizes and stacking arrangements to meet varying airflow requirements, and it will accept a wide variety of HEPA filters, gas adsorbers, 2 inches, 4 inches or 6 inches deep prefilters, and a choice of options components.
