Hose Assemblies
custom fabricated in many configurations
Hose assemblies can include smooth bore, convoluted, and corrugated PFA, TFE and FEP hose for critical high purity applications. Fabricated to customer requirements, they can feature stainless steel braided, polypropylene braided, anti-kink stainless steel casings, and heat shrink rubber or slipped-on silicone covers, and firesleeve insulating sleeve combined with a wide variety of end fittings, flanges and tube ends. Available in sizes ranging from 1/4 inches to 4 inches I.D., supplied from a few inches to 300 ft. long, assemblies can incorporate tube ends which can be molded, unitized, vulcanized, or crimped in place. Types of ends include TriClamp® sanitary fittings, cam and groove types, and compression fittings all made from 316L stainless steel.
