Autoclavable Polypropylene Carboys
with spigots
Scienceware® 10 and 20 liter Autoclavable Carboys are designed for use as storage and mixing containers. Rugged polypropylene construction provides outstanding chemical resistance and makes these carboys ideal for storing sterile solutions. Each size carboy is available with or without a polypropylene spigot. The drip free spigots are easily operated with one hand and are attached securely to the carboys via a molded-in bung. The topclosure is an 83mm buttress screw cap that has a built-in silicone gasket for a positive seal. Large handles assist when pouring. Carboys are steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F).
