These Tramp Iron Grate in Housings (TGH) incorporate Erium™ Ceramic, Rare Earth or Xtreme™ Rare Earth magnet material to remove ferrous contaminants from free flowing products as it cascades through rows of magnetic grates within a custom-manufactured housing. It offers standard grate housings, and can customize a design to fit specific installation requirements. Typical TGH units include a stainless steel rectangular housing that holds multiple rows of powerful one-inch diameter tube magnets to attract and hold fine ferrous contamination as material flows around the magnets. A wide array of optional features, including adapters, sanitary finishes, additional magnet rows and more, are available to meet customers’ unique application needs.
