Cottoner can provide up to 120 inserts per minute of cotton, rayon or polyester. With feed screw indexing, it can be quickly changed over (tool-less) to handle other bottle sizes. The Cotton Star can be set to produce inverted U-shaped insertion lengths from two to nine inches.
