The PSD 3603 is designed for characterizing dry powders and medical aerosols according to particle size. It measures particles in the range from 0.2 to 700 micrometers in diameter using an aerodynamic time-of-flight technique. Key features include 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software, high resolution measurements, fast setup and cycle time, complete dispersion without milling, and repeatable results. Multiple tests are possible, even when sample quantities are limited. The analyzer requires no external pumps, air supplies, vacuum cleaners, or milling devices.
