The Variofill Blister Pack Feeding System is capable of handling products with a complex geometry at high speed while ensuring complete blister filling. With its thermoformed belt, Variofill can even feed tablets with a large tolerance into blister cups. Variofill also packages different shapes of products in blisters of the same size and cup shape. To save on formatting and set-up costs the number of blisters and packs can be reduced or kept at the same level while introducing new tablet shapes. The machine design enables changeover in a very short time. For the blister pack line, including the banderoling machine, multipacker and palletizer, a complete format changeover takes less than 50 minutes and a partial changeover less than 30 minutes.
