The GKF 1400L liquid capsule filling machine is a medium output machine that offers safety, economic efficiency and highly efficient handling. The transverse delivery of the products within the pump block provides ultra-safe production. Separate heating circuits are provided with temperature monitoring. Modular construction allows short setting and cleaning times. The GKF 1400L also handles filling with non-liquid products or combination filling. The modular construction of the capsule filler allows the machine to be reset very quickly to fill with powders. This operation is performed by sliding the liquid station onto a mobile equipment cabinet replacing it with the powder station. The set-up can be changed to accommodate combinations, such as pellets and tablets with a liquid or powder product.
