The Variofill product feeding system is part of the TLT 2800 packaging line. The system is capable of handling products with a complex geometry at high speed while ensuring complete blister filling. With its thermoformed belt, the unit can even feed tablets with a large tolerance into blister cups. Variofill can also package different shapes of products in blisters of the same size and cup shape. To save on formatting and set-up costs the number of blisters and packs can be reduced or kept at the same level while introducing new tablet shapes.
