Process Isolators Offer Fully Enclosed Operation

Isolators are fully enclosed, sealed and pressurized units, with HEPA filtered air supplied in a unidirectional manner to the ISO class 5 interior. Air is recirculated by returning it to the integrated air handlers though sealed ductwork. Glove ports, sleeves and gloves are secured to the walls using well designed and reliable seals. Pre-sterilized equipment and parts are introduced using aseptic procedures including available built in transfer systems. Locations for glove ports, transfer systems and other equipment are determined using full-scale system mockups. The isolator chamber is automatically sanitized using the SafeVAP system. This fully integrated device uses a non-wet process to produce high H2O2 concentrations from a single source. Even distribution of the vapor is ensured using a manifold of sanitary supply piping.
